Books, Books and more Books!

So I decided to share some of the books that I have been reading lately! I have always liked to read but since I got married and had a baby it went on the back burner. I would read every now and then when I was laying in bed. Now it has become something that I love to do again and I have made the time for me to be able to read and have some me time. So here they are.

I am on the second book. I really am enjoying them but you will
need to take your time with them they are a hard read and need
your full attention. But I am loving them so far!

Really loved this book but if don't want a lot of description or swear
words then don't read it. But I loved it!

I enjoy this one. It was different then Twilight but don't let
that stop you from trying it out. OK so I am a total Twilight fan! I loved then I read them
all in a week. No kidding! I love them I recommend them!!!!

I love a good Nicholas Sparks book or movie.
( A walk to remember, the notebook) he
is one of my favorite authors and I love this
book just as much as any other book that
he has written.

There you have it. These are my most recent book reads. I love them all. They are all very different to. I like to mix it up a bit. I have more books to read thanks to my friend Ali when I am done with the ones I am reading now so I will keep you updated!

Girls Day

I love GIRLS DAY at my house. My best friend Ali comes over and we just hang out and take pictures and paint our toe nails. Most of the time we go get lunch or go to the mall but it was snowing today so we were stuck inside. So she brought over donuts and we had coffee and took some pictures and painted our toe nails. Rachel is old enough now that she wants her toe nails painted to so we paint hers as well. It is just a great day and a great way to relax and be a girl. It is so much fun and I always look forward to my girls day!

We were wearing my moms old jackets and glasses
Our basket of nail polish

Christmas And New Years

Christmas Eve we were at my grandparents in Rupert. We had a great dinner but we always eat well at my grandparents house. We drove to Filer that night because it was supposed to snow the next day which it did. Christmas morning we were in Filer with Levi's family. We had a great breakfast and Rachel amazed me by eating 5 yes 5 sausage links plus a pancake and some eggs. Us girls got our family calenders from my mother in law. They are the best gift I love them because we get to show off our family plus the birthdays are all right there it makes it so easy. Rachel had a blast opening her presents. She got her favorite things ,cars and babies! Plus she got a really nice new pair of PINK cowgirl boots they are the greatest things ever! Plus they are PINK!!

For New Years Eve we had over our brother and sister in law Craig and Jenn who are also our good friends and our good friends Heather and Allen plus there kids. It was a lot of fun. We put all the kids in the rooms up stairs. The older kids were in our room playing video games and the younger ones were in one of our guest rooms watching movies. All of us adults were down stairs playing karaoke revolution. It was so much fun we sang and had a good old time just being goofy. We had lots of good food. Craig brought some fresh smoked salmon from Jenn and Heather's dad in Alaska. Heather mad these amazing Margarita balls and this Taco dip that was to die for. It was tons of fun with great goofy people plus we were up until 3 a.m. so how wouldn't be goofy. It was a blast so here are some of the goofy pictures from that night.

First Timer

This is my first time blogging but I am getting used to it. I have seen other friends blogs and decided to start my own. I am really excited to share my life and what is going on in my world with everyone. To start I have been married for three and a half years to the man of my dreams. We have a beautiful daughter Rachel Maria. She is 18 months old and she is a blast and the most fun ever. We build our house and finally got to move in July of 2007 and we love it. I love to spend time with my family and my friends. I am a goofy person which you will come to find out. More to come.
